How to Initiate a Return

We’ve simplified returns for you! You can often initiate a return request directly through your account:

  2. Navigate to your order history and select the relevant order.

  3. Click on the "Return Request" option (or similar wording).

  4. Complete the required information, providing details about the reason for return and the item's condition.

  5. Click "Request Return" (or similar).

Alternatively, or if you checked out as a guest, please contact our support team directly at service@cykelith.com to initiate your return.

Once your request is submitted (either via the website or email), our team will review it and respond within 48 business hours with instructions.

Return Eligibility & Conditions

To qualify for a return and full refund (less any applicable return shipping fees), please ensure the following conditions are met:

  • Timeframe: Your return request must be initiated within 60 days of receiving your item.

  • Condition: The item must be returned in excellent, like-new, unused condition.

  • Packaging: All original packaging, parts, accessories, and manuals must be included and intact.

  • Proof: Please include clear photos or a video showing the item's current condition with your return request. This helps us process your return smoothly.

Returns may be declined, or subject to partial refunds (see below), if these conditions are not met.

Important Notes on Returns:

  • Change of Mind: You are welcome to return items within the 60-day window simply because you've changed your mind, provided the item meets the eligibility conditions above.

  • Shipping Delays: Refunds are generally not provided for shipping delays, unless the delivery time falls significantly outside our stated shipping guarantee timeframe (please refer to our Shipping Policy for details).

  • U.S. Return Shipping Fees: For returns originating within the United States where we provide a return label (e.g., via USPS), a fee for the return shipping cost may be deducted from your total refund amount.   • Original Shipping Costs: Please note that original shipping charges paid on your order are non-refundable.

  • Return Transit Time: The time it takes for your returned item to reach us will vary depending on your location and the shipping method used.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are ineligible for return:

  • Digital Products: All sales of digital products (like eBooks, software, or downloadable guides) are final. We provide detailed descriptions on each product page; please review them carefully before purchasing. If you have questions about a digital product, contact us at service@cykelith.com before making your purchase.

  • Gift Cards: Gift cards are non-returnable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Refund Processing

  1. Receipt & Inspection: Once we receive your returned item at our facility, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return eligibility conditions. We'll send you an email confirming receipt.

  2. Approval & Processing: Following inspection, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed.

  3. Credit Issuance: A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please note that Cykelith cannot issue refunds to a different card or payment method.

  4. Timing: While we process refunds promptly after approval, please allow additional time for the refund to appear in your account. Banking processing times are beyond our control and can vary (typically 3-5 business days, but sometimes longer).

Note: You may request a refund before we physically receive the item back, but the refund will only be finalized and issued after the product has been successfully returned, received, and inspected by our team.

Partial Refunds (if applicable)

In certain situations, only a partial refund may be granted:

  • Items returned not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to a Cykelith error.

  • Items returned outside the standard 60-day window, if accepted at our discretion.

  • Specific situations outlined in our shipping policy regarding refunds requested while an order is still in transit.

The amount of the partial refund will be determined on a case-by-case basis upon inspection.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you haven't received your approved refund within the expected timeframe:

  1. Double-check your bank account or credit card statement again.

  2. Contact your credit card company; there may be a processing delay before the refund is officially posted.

  3. Contact your bank, as they may have different processing times.

Unauthorized Resellers

At Cykelith, we are dedicated to providing authentic, high-quality products and excellent customer service. To ensure this, we have policies regarding unauthorized resellers.

We can only guarantee the quality, authenticity, and provide warranty support for Cykelith products purchased directly from our official channels:

  • The official Cykelith website(s).

  • Our officially authorized Amazon store (if applicable, verify the seller is "Cykelith" or an explicitly named authorized partner).

  • Any other explicitly authorized retail partners.

Purchasing from unauthorized third-party sellers (on platforms like eBay, other Amazon marketplace sellers, etc.) carries a significant risk of receiving counterfeit, used, damaged, or substandard items. Furthermore, purchases from unauthorized sources are typically ineligible for Cykelith customer support, returns, or warranty coverage.
