We have been accepting paypal since October.However,other secure methods suchas Apple Pay and Shop Pay are also available.
Can l pay in installments?
We do not offer this option at the moment. (However, you may be able to do so by using Shop Pay)
Can I pay with cash over delivery?
We do not accept cash over delivery at the moment.
Can I pay via bank transfer?

What are the 30 included bits for?
They're designed to work well on common materials like wood, metal, glass, and plastic. You get a mix of shapes (pointed, round, square, etc.) for different types of engraving and detailing.
What materials can I use the Customizer on?
It works great on lots of common surfaces like glass, wood, leather, metal, plastic, and softer stone. (Basically, materials softer than a 4 on the Mohs hardness scale).
Do I need to buy extra attachments, or are the included ones enough?
The 30 bits included are perfect for getting started and handling most jobs. If you want to do really detailed work on specific materials (like fine glass etching), you might want to check out our specialized bit sets online for the absolute best results.

How long does it take to charge? How long does the battery last?
It takes about 3.5 to 4 hours to fully charge. You'll get around 2 hours of use time per charge.
What's the warranty?

How do I actually order something online?

My item isn't working right / seems defective. What now?

Can I return something if I don't want it?

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
- Inside the US: If you only ordered the Customizer Pen, expect it in about 5-7 business days. If your order includes other goodies too, it'll likely take 4-14
business days. - Outside the US: Most international orders arrive within 4-14 business days.

How much does shipping cost?
- Inside the US: Usually around $5.95 USD.

How do I track my order?

Where do I find my tracking number?

My tracking number isn't showing any updates. What's up?

Help! I messed up my shipping address or billing info! Can I fix it?
- Shipping Address: If your order hasn't shipped yet, contact us immediately using our [ Cykelith Contact Form]. If it's already on its way, unfortunately, we can't change the address mid-shipment.
- Billing Info: Don't sweat the billing address too much! We don't mail physical receipts there, so minor mistakes usually don't cause any problems with your order.
My order hasn't shown up yet. What should I do?

Tracking says "Delivered," but I don't have my package! Now what?

- Sometimes contacting your local post office directly can help – they might have more info.

My tracking hasn't updated since it got to my country. Is it stuck?
When a package arrives internationally, it has to go through customs. This can take a few days (usually 2-5 business days, but sometimes longer) and tracking might pause during this time. Once it clears customs, tracking should start updating again as it heads your way.

Can I use a gift card for more than one order?
You bet! You can keep using the same gift card code on different orders until the balance runs out.
How do I actually get the gift card after buying it?
No physical card needed! Right after you buy one, we'll shoot an email over with a unique gift card code. Whoever is using it just types that code in at checkout to pay.
Can I use a gift card and my credit card on the same order?
Totally. If the gift card doesn't cover the full amount, you can easily pay the rest with your credit card or whatever other payment method you usually use.
What happens if I don't use all the money on the gift card?
