At Cykelith, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our products. This Limited Warranty Policy outlines the terms and conditions of the warranty provided for your Cykelith product, ensuring you understand the coverage and procedures. By purchasing our product(s), you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined herein.

Warranty Period

Your Cykelith product (specifically including the 'Customizer' model, where applicable) is warranted against defective material or workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of delivery as recorded by the shipping carrier.

What is Covered

This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship that arise during the normal and intended use of the product within the warranty period.

What is NOT Covered (Warranty Exclusions)

This warranty is limited and DOES NOT COVER:

  • DAMAGE TO THE PRODUCT RESULTING FROM TAMPERING, ACCIDENT, ABUSE, NEGLIGENCE, IMPROPER INSTALLATION, OR MISUSE.

  • DAMAGE RESULTING FROM UNAUTHORIZED REPAIRS OR ALTERATIONS. ANY ATTEMPT TO MODIFY, REPAIR, OR ALTER THE PRODUCT IN ANY WAY BY UNAUTHORIZED PARTIES WILL VOID THIS WARRANTY.

  • DAMAGE RESULTING FROM THE USE OF UNAPPROVED ATTACHMENTS OR MODIFICATIONS.

  • DAMAGE OR DEFECTS RESULTING FROM CAUSES UNRELATED TO PROBLEMS WITH MATERIAL OR WORKMANSHIP (e.g., cosmetic damage, normal wear and tear, environmental factors).

CYKELITH UNEQUIVOCALLY RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REJECT ANY WARRANTY CLAIMS THAT ARE ATTRIBUTABLE TO MISUSE, MISHANDLING, IMPROPER INSTALLATION, OR ILL-TREATMENT OF THE PRODUCT.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

If you believe your Cykelith product has a defect covered by this warranty:

  1. Contact the Cykelith Customer Service team promptly via email at service@cykelith.com.

  2. Provide your original order information (proof of purchase).

  3. Provide a detailed description of the issue you are experiencing.

  4. Include clear photographic and/or video evidence demonstrating the alleged defect.

Our Customer Service team is here to help. An agent will review your case based on the guidelines of our policies. Our goal is to understand your situation and explore appropriate solutions within the terms of this warranty.

Warranty Resolution & Replacement Availability

If Cykelith determines that a defect in material or workmanship exists and is covered by this warranty, Cykelith will, at its sole discretion, either repair the defective product, replace the defective product, or offer another resolution deemed appropriate.

  • Replacement Availability: While we aim to address replacement requests as a priority, please understand that the fulfillment of such requests is strictly subject to product availability. Cykelith provides no guarantee that a replacement part or product will be immediately available at the time of the claim. We will communicate estimated timelines or alternative solutions if a replacement is unavailable or significantly delayed.

Handling of Goods Damaged in Transit

While Cykelith takes measures to ensure products arrive in excellent condition, damage can occasionally occur during shipping. This is handled separately from warranty claims for defects:

  • Reporting Requirement: You MUST report any damage suspected to have occurred during transit to Cykelith Customer Service (service@cykelith.com) within a strict 48-HOUR WINDOW from the documented time of delivery.

  • Required Evidence: Your report MUST include clear photos of:

    • The damaged item(s).

    • The exterior shipping package (showing any damage).

    • The shipping label affixed to the package.

  • Consequence of Non-Compliance: Failure to report transit damage with the required evidence within this strict 48-hour timeframe will result in the forfeiture of any claim related to transit damage with the shipping carrier. Consequently, Cykelith will not accept any liability for such damages and will not provide a replacement or refund for items damaged in transit if not reported correctly and on time.

Limitation of Liability

It is explicitly stated and agreed by you, the customer, that Cykelith bears no responsibility for the reimbursement of any labor costs, project delays, installation fees, or other incidental or consequential damages that may occur due to the receipt, use, or inability to use a defective or damaged product, even if claimed under warranty. Any risks associated with such potential costs or delays are to be borne entirely by the customer.

Final Authority & Customer Agreement

All decisions made by Cykelith regarding warranty claims, including the determination of defect cause, eligibility, and resolution method, will be final and binding. By purchasing our product(s), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms and conditions outlined in this Warranty Policy.
