Shipping and Order Processing Holidays

Please note that orders can be submitted via our website, but they will not be processed or delivered on the following major holidays:

  • Cykelith’s Winter Mini-Holidays (January 20th to 25th)
  • Independence Day (July 4th)
  • Labor Day (First Monday in September)
  • Thanksgiving Day (Fourth Thursday in November)

Undelivered Order (Website Indicates Delivered, But Not Received)

As we entrust a third-party delivery service with the shipment of our items, we understand that occasional discrepancies may occur, such as instances where the carrier's website indicates delivery while the customer has not received the package. To address such situations effectively, we request that customers notify us of any delivery-related issues within 15 days from the purported delivery date.

Stolen Packages Disclaimer

Please note that Cykelith is not responsible for packages stolen after delivery. Customers are advised to closely monitor their tracking information and retrieve their deliveries promptly. In the event of theft, customers should report the incident to local authorities and the postal service. While we regret any inconvenience, Cykelith cannot be held liable for any loss or theft that occurs after the package has been delivered.

Item Not Received (if applicable)

Our guaranteed shipping time is 50 days, as outlined above. If your order does not arrive within this timeframe, you are eligible for a full refund—no questions asked!

However, please note that delays caused by unforeseen circumstances (such as customs hold-ups or carrier issues) are beyond our control, and Cykelith cannot be held liable for such delays.

Missing Item (if applicable)

If an item is missing from your order, please contact us within 20 days from the delivery date. Provide any relevant information or a picture of the missing item to help us resolve the issue quickly.

Please note that certain orders may be subject to weight restrictions, which could result in items being shipped separately. In such cases, the missing item may arrive in a subsequent package. If the missing item is due to a fulfillment error on our end, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.

Once the package leaves our warehouse, Cykelith is not responsible for any errors or omissions. We recommend reviewing your order upon delivery and reaching out to us immediately if there are any discrepancies.

Reshipment Policy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information, which includes the following:

  • Full address
  • City/Neighborhood
  • Province/State (if applicable)
  • Apartment/House/Suite number
  • Zip code
  • Recipient's name

If the shipping information provided is incorrect or incomplete, or if the recipient is unable to receive or pick up the package at their local post office, a reshipment will be required. In such cases, a reshipment fee will apply.

If the address provided is incorrect and the item is unfortunately destroyed at the post office, we would be happy to offer a reshipment with a 40% discount on the final price, subject to product availability and our discretion.

Please note that if you choose to send a package to an office or any address other than your own, the receipt and acceptance of the package will depend on the policies of the receiving location. While we strive to ensure smooth delivery, Cykelith cannot be held responsible for any issues related to package acceptance or return in these cases. By selecting such an address, you acknowledge and accept the risks associated with the location's policies.

International Shipping Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international orders (outside the U.S.), please note that your shipment may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and additional fees levied by the destination country ("Import Fees"). These charges are outside of our control, and the recipient is responsible for covering them upon delivery.

Customs policies and fees vary by country, so we recommend checking with your local customs office for more details. Unfortunately, Cykelith cannot predict or control these charges.

We take care of the Import Fees of Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czechia, Germany, Denmark, Estonia, Spain, Norway, Finland, France, Greece, Croatia, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Latvia, Malta, Netherlands (the), Poland, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Slovenia, Slovakia. (is not applicable for orders valued above €250)

Please be aware that customs clearance procedures may cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates. The purchaser will be responsible for any customs taxes and additional fees charged by the destination country.

Additionally, international orders may be subject to VAT and other customs fees upon delivery. These fees are determined by local customs authorities and are the responsibility of the buyer.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or related to a purchase from Cykelith shall be resolved exclusively through final and binding arbitration. This arbitration will be conducted by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in accordance with its rules, rather than through court proceedings.

Limitation of Liability

Cykelith shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, arising from your purchase of any product from Cykelith. In any case, Cykelith's total liability for any claim related to or arising from your purchase shall not

While Cykelith attempts to be as accurate as possible, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by Cykelith itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.

Dispute Resolution Intellectual Property Rights

All content included in or made available through Cykelith, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and data compilations, is the property of Cykelith or its content suppliers and protected by international copyright laws.

Force Majeure

Cykelith shall not be held liable for any delay or failure in the performance of any part of this guarantee if such delay or failure is caused by events or circumstances beyond Cykelith's reasonable control—including but not limited to war, strike, pandemic, epidemic, quarantine, lockdown, labor dispute, or any other circumstance which is beyond the reasonable control of Cykelith.
